Obituary: Marion Edward Protsman, 57, formerly of Boston

Marion Edward Protsman, 57, of Omaha, Neb., formerly of Boston, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at the University of Nebraska Hospital. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from the U.S. Navy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jake Protsman.

He is survived by his wife, Jean Protsman; five daughters, Cassandra Ramirez, Donna French, Sharonda Protsman, Bobbi-Jo Grisham and Billi-Jo Hood; his mother and stepfather, Shirley and Clifton Noe; one sister, Patricia Dennis; and 16 grandchildren.

The funeral is 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Boston.

Visitation is noon-2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at the funeral home.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Boston is in charge of the arrangements.
