Woman suffers minor injuries Thursday morning in BG Parkway crash

Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, 12:20 p.m. — Nelson County EMS responded to a single-vehicle accident Wednesday morning at the 34 exit on the eastbound lanes of the Bluegrass Parkway. Police were dispatched to the accident at 7:43 a.m., and an officer requested EMS after an individual reported experiencing back pain. EMS transported a 51-year-old woman complaining of low back, neck and right shoulder pain to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
