Obituary: Cecile Leota Raley, 90, Bradfordsville

Cecile Leota Raley, 90, of Bradfordsville, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014. She was born May 6, 1924, in Bradfordsville. She was a retired employee of Jane and Linda Sportswear.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Elrod Raley; her parents, Benjamin and Bessie Guthrie Brown; one son, Edgar Ray Brown; two sisters, Dorothy Raley and Elizabeth Wilcher; two brothers, Paul Ray Brown and Vernon Brown; and one granddaughter, Pamela Raley Baker.

Survivors include one daughter, Vernona (David) Raley of Springfield; one son, Ronnie (Diane) Raley of Bradfordsville; one sister, Juanita Chelf of Lebanon; two brothers, Randolph Brown of Shepherdsville and Marvin Brown of Sweeny, Texas; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon officiated by the Rev. Delane Pinkston. Burial is in the Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation is after 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, at the funeral home.

The Bosley Funeral Home, 246 S. Proctor Knott Ave, in Lebanon is in charge of arrangements.
