Obituary: Colleen Whitlock, 87, Lebanon

Colleen Whitlock, 87, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014. She was born March 12, 1927, in Marion County. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Whitlock (2006); and her parents, Hagan and Louise Abell Dye.

Survivors include one daughter, Betty (John) Ressor of Lexington; one son, James T. “Jamie” Whitlock of Fredericksburg, Va.; one sister, Kathryn (George) Evans of Lebanon; two brothers, James A. “Jimmy” (Joann) Dye and Robert Lee “Bobby” (Wanda) Dye, both of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2014, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Lebanon with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014, at Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a prayer service at 7 p.m. with Deacon Joseph R. Dant.

The Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
