Nelson Circuit Court Indictments-Dec. 3, 2014

Friday, Dec. 5, 2014 – The following people were indicted by a Nelson County grand jury on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014. They are scheduled for arraignment Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014, unless otherwise indicated.
14-CR-299. Gary V. Pope, 49, Bardstown, trafficking in a controlled substance (2o or more dosage units of an unspecified Schedule III narcotic); possession of a prescription not in proper container.
According to the indictment, on Nov. 25, 2014, Pope alleged sold 20 or more dosage units of hydrocodone to a confidential informant. Additionally, the indictment alleges the medication was not in the container in which it was prescribed. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-300. Jesse Layne French, 26, Bardstown, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (2 counts); possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the indictment, on Oct. 31, 2014, French was allegedly found in possession of a 20-gauge double-barreled Noble shotgun, a Remington 270 Winchester rifle, and drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-301. Gary V. Pope, 49, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, second-degree (20 or more dosage units of an unspecifed Schedule III narcotic; possession of a prescription not in a proper container.
According to the indictment, on Jan. 22, 2014, Pope alleged sold 20 or more dosage units of Lortab to a confidential informant. Additionally, the indictment alleges the medication was not in the container in which it was prescribed. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-302. Redonna K. Curtsinger, 33, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (10 or more dosage units of an unspecified drug); possession of drug paraphernalia; endangering the welfare of a minor.
According to the indictment, on July 10, 2013, Curtsinger allegedly sold 10 or more dosage units of oxycodone to a confidential informant while in the possession of drug paraphernalia. The indictment additional alleges Curtsinger failed to exercise reasonable diligence to prevent a child from being neglected. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-303. Jordan Girdley, 24, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (less than 4 grams cocaine); possession of drug paraphernalia; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
According to the indictment on Oct. 29, 2013, Girdley allegedly sold less than four grams of cocaine to a confidential informant and possessed drug paraphernalia. The indictment cites Girdley’s prior felony convictions as basis for the persistent felony offender charge. Bail was set at $25,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-304. Redonna K. Curtsinger, 33, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, second-degree (fewer than 20 dosage units of an unspecified Schedule III narcotic); possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the indictment, on March 13, 2014, Curtsinger allegedly sold fewer than 20 drug units of hydrocodone to a confidential informant and possessed drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-305. Bradley S. Cox, 23, Bardstown, possession of a firearm by a convicted felony (2 counts).
According to the indictment, on Nov. 13, 2014, Cox, having previously been convicted of a felony, was allegedly found in possession of a black powder rifle and a Marlin .22 rifle. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-306. John O. Shelton, 43, Bardstown, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, $500 or more.
According to the indictment, on May 27, 2014, Shelton took a 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara with loan and lien with Kentucky Home bank and sold it to Waddell’s Auto & Scrap Metal for cash of $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-307. Jon Scott Beuchele, 31, Bardstown; burglary, third-degree; theft by unlawful taking or disposition, all others; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
According to the indictment, between Sept. 12-14, 2014, Beuchele allegedly entered a barn owned by someone else and took at Stihl weed eater having a value of less than $500. The indictment cites Beuchele’s prior felony convictions as basis for the persistent felony offender charge. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-308. James R. Harris, 52, Bardstown, cultivating marijuana, five plants or more; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
According to the indictment, on June 16, 2014, Harris allegedly cultivated five or more marijuana plants with the intent to sell or transfer the marijuana. The indictment further alleges Harris was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The indictment cites prior felony convictions as basis for the persistent felony offender charge. Bail was set at $50,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-309. Michael A. Cotton, 27, Bardstown, burglary, second-degree; receiving stolen property.
According to the indictment, on Nov. 18, 2014, Cotton allegedly enter a garage owned by someone else received, retained or disposed of a hand-held torch, Craftsman angle grinder, two battery chargers and various hand tools. Bail was set at $20,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-310. Jad G. Farris, 33, Louisville, possession of a forged instrument, first-degree (6 counts); theft by unlawful taking or disposition, all others under $500 (6 counts).
According to the indictment, on Oct. 26, 2014, Farris allegedly passed forged $50 bills to Shoe Sensation, Arby’s, Peebles, Family Dollar, Five Star and Dollar Tree, and in the process, unlawfully took the retailer’s merchandise. Bail was set at $50,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-311. Glenn Craig Durham, 30, Bardstown, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (heroin) and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana and complicity to the same; possession of legend drugs and complicity to the same.
According to the indictment, on Nov. 14, 2014, Durham — acting alone or in concert with Elizabeth Nicole Donahue — unlawfully possessed heroin, drug paraphernalia, marijuana and RE23 (furosemide) pills. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-312. Wryant J. Wickliffe, 30, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a school (2 counts); trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces) (2 counts); possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts); possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts); persistent felony offender, first-degree.
According to the indictment, on both May 7 and May 27, 2014, Wickliffe allegedly sold less than 8 ounces of marijuana to a confidential information within 1,000 feet of Bardstown High School while in possession of drug paraphernalia. The indictment cites Wickliffe’s prior felony convictions as the basis for the persistent felony offender charge. Bail was set at $25,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-313. Elizabeth Nicole Donahue, 26, Bardstown, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (heroin) and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; possession of marijuana and complicity to the same; possession of legend drugs and complicity to the same.
According to the indictment, on Nov. 14, 2014, Elizabeth Nicole Donahue — acting alone or in concert with Glenn Craig Durham — unlawfully possessed heroin, drug paraphernalia, marijuana and RE23 (furosemide) pills. The indictment alleges that when Donahue knew an official proceeding was pending, she attempted to hide a syringe containing an unknown substance. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-314. Terry L. Kinslow, 46, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (fewer than 4 grams cocaine); possession of drug paraphernalia; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
According to the indictment, on Oct. 11, 2013, Kinslow allegedly sold fewer than 4 grams of cocaine to a confidential informant while in possession of drug paraphernalia. The indictment cites Kinslow’s prior felony convictions as basis for the persistent felony offender charge. Bail was set at $25,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-315. Kelly M. Vanwinkle, 47, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, second-degree (fewer than 20 dosage units of an unspecified Schedule II drug).
According to the indictment, on May 7, 2014, Vanwinkle allegedly sold fewer than 20 dosage units of hydrocodone to a confidential informant. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
14-CR-316. Terry L. Kinslow, 46, Bardstown, trafficking in controlled substances, (fewer than 4 grams cocaine); possession of drug paraphernalia; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
According to the indictment on May 7, 2014, Kinslow allegedly sold less than 4 grams cocaine to a confidential information while in possession of drug paraphernalia. The indictment cites Kinslow’s prior felony convictions as basis for the persistent felony offender charge. Bail was set at $25,000 cash only, plus conditions.
