Two seriously injured in two-vehicle crash Saturday on KY245 at Samuels Loop

Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, 2:30 a.m. –– Two people were injured early Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash at KY 245 and Samuels Loop. Nelson County EMS and the Bardstown Fire Department were dispatched at 1:45 p.m. for an injury accident with possible entrapment. Firefighters had to help remove one of the victims from a vehicle at the crash scene. EMS transported both victims to University Hospital in Louisville for treatment. The accident blocked traffic in both directions for about 45 minutes.
