Obituary: Roxie Marie Robinson, 84, Bardstown

Roxie Marie Robinson, 84, of Bardstown, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014, at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was born Dec. 22, 1939, in Bardstown to the late Nick Robinson and Maggie Wheatley. She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.

She is survived by one daughter, Jeannie Robinson of Louisville; one sister, Frances Robinson of Indianapolis; one brother, James Elmo Robinson of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The graveside service is 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014, at the Bardstown City Cemetery.

There will be no public visitation.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
