Firefighters called to unattended fire in Copperfields subdivision

Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014, 7:45 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department was called to Copperfield subdivision just after 7 p.m. Sunday evening for a report of an unattended controlled burn near the intersection of Tulip Drive and Camella Avenue. Firefighters arrived to find an unattended fire burning at a construction site. Fire crews extinguished the fire. They were on the scene for about 10 minutes.
