Obituary: Shirley Ann Wise, 78, Lebanon

Shirley Ann Wise, 78, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown. She was born Sept. 30, 1936, in Lebanon. She was a former cashier at Lebanon Dairy Mart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Wise; her parents, Oscar Gobel and Nancy Calloway Merritt.

Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Ann (Ali Raissi) Wise of Bardstown, Karen (Billy) Mattingly of St. Francis; one son, Terry Wise of Lebanon; two sisters, Barbara Hypes of Louisville and Jean Maupin of Lebanon; three grandchildren, Kelly (B.J.) Milby, Carrie Mattingly, Chris (Layla) Mattingly/; and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon officiated by the Rev. Clellan Hays. Burial is in the Haysville Cemetery.

Visitation is 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

The Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
