Driver arrested after passing out behind the wheel early Saturday

Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, 4:15 p.m. — At about 2 a.m. Saturday morning, two Bardstown Police officers rolled up behind a white van whose operator was passed out at the wheel. The incident happened at the intersection of John Rowan and North Third Street. The driver was given field sobriety tests before he was arrested and taken tot he Nelson County Jail.
