NC GAZETTE / WBRT RADIO
STAFF REPORT

Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015 — “Right to Work” is the next topic up for discussion today on “Bradford & brtvmainjuly9Brooks” beginning at 11 a.m. on 97.1 FM, 1320 AM and streaming live online and broadcast live on Bardstown Cable TV channel 19.

Hosts Margie Bradford and Jim Brooks will have Chris Ormes and other guests in the studio to discuss “Right to Work” from the perspective of union membership.

The push for “Right to Work” legislation is to prevent labor unions from requiring all non-management workers at a unionized workplace to join the union or pay a service fee. Proponents say the move will improve Kentucky’s ability to attract new jobs and industry. Opponents say “Right to Work” is an attempt to weaken strong labor unions and destroy smaller ones.

Tune in at 11 for the discussion of “Right to Work” with Margie and Jim on WBRT 97.1 FM, 1320 AM and BRTV, Bardstown Cable Ch. 19.
