Obituary: Mary Bernadine Hagan, 79, formerly of Loretto
Mary Bernadine Hagan, 79, of Louisville, formerly of Loretto, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015, at Baptist Health Louisville. She was born Aug. 18, 1935, in Loretto to the late John Kolbert and Ruth Smith Corbett. She was a retired employee of Taylor Drug Store in Louisville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Mae Mudd.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Carl Hagan; two daughters, Carla Crecelius (Mike) and Ruth Ann Hagan. both of Louisville; one son, Jerry Hagan (Debbie) of Mount Washington; three sisters, Lois Gill (Bill) of Louisville, Nannie Rose Hill (Buddy) of Loretto and Jeannine Warren (John) of Springfield; and one brother, Kenny Corbett (Jane) of Springfield.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 11:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 6964 Cissellville Road in Manton with the Rev. Matthew Hardesty officiating. Burial is in the church cemetery.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
The pallbearers are Louie Greenwell, Mike Greenwell, Brad Hagan, Johnny Warren, Mickie Hill and Doug Rogers. Nate Crumbley will be an Honorary Pallbearer.
The Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of arrangements.
