Obituary: Martha Isabelle Hall, 99, Bardstown

MARTHA ISABELLE HALL

Martha Isabelle Hall, 99, of Bardstown, passed peacefully to her heavenly Father on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015. She was born April 5, 1915, in Trappist to the late Henry Bernard and Annabelle Boone Hall. She was a resident of Colonial Health & Rehab Center for 27 years. She had a delightful, peaceful personality and was loved by many residents who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Mary Winnie; and one brother, Bernard Boone Hall.

She is survived by many cousins who will miss visiting her, laughing with her, and playing bingo with her.

The funeral Mass is 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, 2015, at St. Vincent DePaul in New Hope with the Rev. Ken Fortener presiding. Burial is in St. Catherine of Alexandria Cemetery in New Haven.

Visitation is 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30 at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the church for Masses.
