Obituary: Lester Ray ‘Bo’ Greenwell, 44, formerly of New Haven

Lester Ray “Bo” Greenwell, 44, of Magnolia, formerly of New Haven, died Saturday, Feb. 7, funeral_candle2015, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. He was born Aug. 31, 1970, in Bardstown. He was a farm hand for Mike Newton Farms and was a member of the Catholic faith.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Marie Skaggs.

He is survived by his father, Francis Wayne Greenwell of Marion, Ill.; one sister, Gina Greenwell of Louisville; five brothers, Wayne Greenwell Jr. and Joey Greenwell, both of Louisville, Kelly Greenwell of LaGrange, Ted Greenwell of Elizabethtown and Hank Greenwell of Magnoila; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral is 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, in the chapel of the William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel with the Rev. Shirley Carter officiating. Burial is in the Pleasant Ridge Separate Baptist Church Cemetery in Buffalo.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at the William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel, 612 N. Lincoln Blvd, Hodgenville.

The William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
