Obituary: Dorotha Nell Foster, 95, Bloomfield
Dorotha Nell Foster, 95, of Bloomfield, died Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, at Colonial Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bardstown. She was born May 19, 1919, in Mercer County to the late George and 
Frances Montgomery Riley. She was a homemaker and a member of Chaplin Baptist Church.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Owen Foster.
She is survived by one daughter, Joyce Yates (Gerald) of Bloomfield; two grandchildren, Todd Yates (Cheryl) of Lexington and Brandon Yates (Nikki) of Bloomfield; and six great-grandchildren, Adeline Yates, Foster Yates, Jimmy Yates, Clayton Yates, Owen Yates, and Rosalie Yates.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 27, 2015, at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Bro. Everett G. Hood and Bro. Bill Johnson officiating. Burial is in the Highview Cemetery in Chaplin.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015, at the funeral home.
The Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
