Obituary: Marion Abell Green, 54, Lebanon

Marion Abell Green, 54, of Lebanon, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015. He was born Dec. 26, 1960, in Lebanon. He worked at Norton Audubon Hospital and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Lebanon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Joseph Whitney and Josephine Bowles Green; two sisters, Alice Green Allen and Josephine Green Smith; and one nephew, John Peyton Duley.

Survivors include one son, Jake Whitney Green of Lexington; two brothers, Lt Cmdr. Joseph W. Green Jr. (Pam) of Georgia, Fred Bowles Green (Carol) of Indiana; four sisters, Isabel Green Duley (Bill) of Lebanon, Nell Green Grundy of Lebanon, Grace Green Teichman (Jeb) of Prospect and Nancy Green Elder (John Arthur) of Lebanon; and 24 nieces and nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial was 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at St. Augustine Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.

The Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
