Obituary: Robert ‘Bob’ Hahn, 95, Bloomfield
Robert “Bob” Hahn, 95, of Bloomfield, died Thursday, March 12, 2015, at his home. He was born June 14, 1919, in Bloomfield to the late Robert and Mary Case Hahn Sr. He was a self-employed painter, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and was a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He attended Wakefield Baptist Church. He loved to hunt and fish in his spare time.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Lois Glascoe.
He is survived by his wife, Dora Bishop Hahn; one daughter, Sandra Cobble of Bloomfield; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Monday, March 16, 2015, at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Bro. Tom Sparrow officiating. Burial is in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Visitation is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday, March 16 at the funeral home.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the family in memory of Robert Hahn.
The Houghlin Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
