Obituary: Dorothy Elizabeth Yates Weber, 88
Dorothy Elizabeth Yates Weber, 88, died Sunday, March 21, 2015. She was the former Dorothy Brown and a native of New Hope. She was a retired nursing assistant at Kosair Hospital in Louisville and 
a housewife. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Louisville.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Charles Lewis (Billy) Yates and Frank J. Weber; one son, Frank Yates; and one brother, Bernard Brown.
Survivors include one daughter, Madaline States; four sons, David Yates, Emmanuel Yates, Bradley Yates and Donald Yates; two stepdaughters, Peggy Ford and Patty Rollie; one stepson, Tom Weber; three sisters, Martha McCaffery, Edna Lyvers and Margaret Heinzel; three brothers, John Brown, Paul Brown and Joe Brown; 15 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 27 great-great grandchildren.
The funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Louisville with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road, Louisville.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
