Thursday, April 9, 2015 — The Monday, April 6, 2015, special meeting of the Bardstown City Council. Items on the agenda for this meeting included a substantial change order related to the Wickland Boone sewer line project and discussion of the city’s annexation plans followed by Mayor John Royalty’s recommendation regarding the distilleries’ warehouses.
