WILLIAM FRED “BOSSY” HOBACK SR.

William Fred “Bossy” Hoback Sr., 59, of New Haven, died Saturday afternoon, April 11, 2015, at his home. He was a Catholic by faith and a former employee of Vittitow Basement Walls.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Walter and Hallie Lee Price Hoback; one son William Fred “Billy” Hoback Jr.; one brother, James Walter “Jimmy” Hoback Jr.

He is survived by two daughters, Amy Marie Waldeck (Anthony) of Hodgenville and Bonnie Lee Hoback of New Haven; one son, Jason Howard Hoback of New Haven; three sisters, Barbara Dewitt of New Haven, Ann Newton of New Hope and Teresa Wells of Elizabethtown; one brother, Ronnie Hoback (Shelby) of Bardstown; 17 grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2015, and 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home. Burial is in the Rolling Fork Baptist Church Cemetery in Gleanings in Larue County.

The Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven is in charge of the arrangements.
