JACK NALLEY

Jack Nalley, 77, of Bardstown, died Sunday, April 12, 2015, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. He was born June 9, 1937, in Bardstown. He worked at Heaven Hill Distillery. He was full of life and never met a stranger. He was a member of Bardstown Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting small game and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Jane Nalley; one son, Jeff Nalley; and one sister, Jenny Cahoe.

He is survived by four daughters, Sharon Nalley, Crystal (Bobby) Nelson, Tracy (Ed) Mattingly and Jacki (Jose) Bautista, all of Bardstown; three sons, Tim (Robin) Nalley, Steve (Chasity) Nalley and Troy (Jennifer) Nalley, all of Bardstown; five sisters, Libby Nalley and Carolyn Lyvers, both of Bardstown, Agnes Morris of Balltown, Margie Montgomery of Leitchfield and Marilyn Hutchins of Culvertown; four brothers, James Nalley of Culvertown, Fred Nalley, Donnie Nalley, and Carl Nalley, all of Bardstown; 20 grandkids, Justin, Tyson, Reese, Ryane, Cody, Zack, Kelsey, Kristen, Rae Rae, Tori, Aaron, Eli, Ali, Amber, Skylar, Jessie, Haley, Junior, Isabel and Kaden; two great-grandkids, Christian and Bella.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in the Cox’s Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Joe Vires officiating and Pastor Mavis Bennett, Sue Carol Flowers and Bro. Ray Johnson assisting.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015, and 1–8 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2015, and 9-11 a.m. Thursday at Barlow Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may go to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
