Obituary: Shirley Ann Boswell, 78, Lebanon

Shirley Ann Boswell, 78, of Lebanon, died Monday, April 13, 2015, at Cedars of Lebanon Nursing Home. She was born Nov. 26, 1936, in Marion County.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Boswell (2004); her parents, John Willie and Kate Lee Allen; and one sister, Mary Jean Grooms.

Survivors include one daughter, Catherine Harvi of Arkansas; two sons, Robert (Germelda) Boswell of Bowling Green and Matthew Boswell of Lebanon; four sisters, Sally Walls, Carol (Leon) Lanham and Edma Mae Allen, all of Lebanon and Virginia Fowler of Lexington; seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

The funeral is 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon officiated by the Rev. Anthony Gilbert. Burial is in Lebanon National Cemetery.

Visitation is 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
