Obituary: Barbara Ann Leake, 80, Lebanon
Barbara Ann Leake, 80, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at her home. She was born Oct. 19, 1934, in Lebanon. She was a homemaker and member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alonzo and Zora Newcomb Craig.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Thomas “Joe” Leake of Lebanon; two daughters, Twyla (Pat) Mills of Mount Washington and Tina (Steve) Hillman of Lebanon; five sons, Vince (Robin) Leake of Bardstown, Joey (Tammy) Leake, Craig Leake, Geary (Dawn) Leake, and Tony (Tracy) Leake, all of Lebanon; five sisters, Alma Wise, Rita Higdon, Betty Jean Abell, Jewell Williams, all of Lebanon, and Wanda Lay of Louisville; one brother, Charles Craig of Lebanon; 27 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2015, at St. Augustine Catholic Church.
Visitation is 4-9 p.m. Thursday, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a 7 p.m. prayer service by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Hosparus of Central Kentucky.
The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
