Obituary: Joe A. Thomas, 49, Raywick

Joe A. Thomas, 49, of Raywick, died Saturday, June 13, 2015, at his residence. He was born Oct. 14, 1965 in Marion County.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Elizabeth Reid Thomas.

Survivors include his father, Billy Thomas of Lebanon; the friends that he lived with, Betty Jo Smothers, Jeff Walston and Willie Smothers; and several aunts and cousins.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at the Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with burial in the St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery. Bro. Larry Baker will officiate.

Visitation is 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

The Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto is in charge of the arrangements.
