Obituary: Dottie Hicks Mahaffey, 61, Tulsa, Okla.
Dottie Hicks Mahaffey, 61, of Tulsa, Okla., died Friday, July 3, 2015, in Tulsa. She was born Nov. 20, 1953. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed sewing and quilting.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Adolph Hicks and Betty Sue Hicks; and one sister, Sue Ann Harmon.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Paul Mahaffey; one son, Frank (Tanya) Mahaffey of Tulsa; three sisters, Janet Hicks of Bardstown, and Mary Helen Bidwell and Jane Hicks, both of Louisville; four brothers, Larry (Ellen) Hicks, Dan (Julie) Hicks and Michael (Tammy) Hicks, all of Bardstown, and Len Hicks of Louisville; and two grandchildren, Lucas and Kaiden Mahaffey all of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Her body was donated for science.
Her memorial service was Saturday July, 4, 2015, in Tulsa, Okla.
