STAFF REPORT
Monday, July 13, 2015, 2:57 p.m. — Northern Nelson County is under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 3:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The storm is packing heavy rain and winds of up to 60 mph.
A line of strong thunderstorms is heading south from and will pass through Bullitt and Spencer Counties into northern Nelson County by 3:30 p.m.
The Thunderstorm warning is likely to extend to the rest of Nelson County as the storm enters the county traveling south at 45 mph.
