Obituary: Thomas Otha Mattingly, 65, Lebanon

Thomas Otha Mattingly, 65, of Lebanon, died Friday, July 24, 2015, at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville. He was born March 31, 1950, in Lebanon. He was a former employee of Spring View Hospital and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Otha Sr. and Emma Bottoms Mattingly; and one sister, Frances Louise Spearman.

Survivors include one sister, Barbara Jean Spalding of Lebanon; three brothers, William Donald Mattingly and Bradley Allen King, both of Lebanon and Michael Jerome Mattingly of Silver Lake, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Lebanon with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2015, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a 7 p.m. Monday prayer service.

The Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of the arrangements.
