Two injured in single-vehicle crash Thursday on Taylorsville Road

Friday, Aug. 7, 2015, 1 a.m. — Two people were injured Thursday afternoon in a single-vehicle accident on Taylorsville Road near Big Springs Church in Bloomfield. At 4:05 p.m., Nelson County EMS, police, and the Northeast Nelson Fire Department were dispatched for an injury accident requiring extrication. EMS transported one adult to University Hospital and a juvenile to Kosair Children’s Hospital for evaluation and treatment.
