Damien Hay Mattingly, 64, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Jackson Lee Bowman, 18, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol under 21 years of age; person 18-20 years of age possessing/purchasing/attempting purchase/have another person purchase alcohol; reckless driving.

Anna Sue Castleman, 23, possession of controlled substances, second-degree, drug unspecified; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to wear seat belts; operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security; changing drivers while car in motion (reckless driving).

Justin Wayne Sommers, 26, failure to wear seat belts; license to be in possession; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security; permitting an unlicensed operator to operate a motor vehicle; changing drivers while car in motion (reckless driving).
