Obituary: Mary T. Boone, 84, Howardstown

Mary T. Boone, 84, of Howardstown, died Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015, at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Ann Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland Anthony Boone.

She is survived by three daughters, Margaret Mary Welch (Jim) of Terre Haute, Ind., Charlotte Ann Potts (Steve) of Louisville and Anne Garland Snellen (Vernie) of Culvertown; two sons, Joseph Edward “Eddie” (Jacqueline) Boone and David Anthony (Tiffany) Boone; five sisters, Catherine Clements, Eleanor Rapier, Violet Smith, Sister Mary Diane Taylor, and Judy Thompson; and one brother, Tom Taylor; and 16 grandchildren.

The Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 24, 2015, at St. Ann Catholic Church in Howardstown with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015, and after 9 a.m. Monday at the Joseph L. Greenwell Funeral Home in New Haven.
