Obituary: Philip Peter Graffia, 51, Bardstown

PHILIP PETER GRAFFIA

Philip Peter Graffia, 51, of Bardstown, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015, at his home. He was born Dec. 19, 1963, in Brooklyn, N.Y. He was a printer for Disc Graphics who loved his family and friends, and enjoyed hunting and riding motorcycles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Joseph Graffia; his stepfather, Joseph Donofrio; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Joanie and Daniel Ambrose.

He is survived by his wife, Eileen Graffia of Bardstown; one daughter, Kayla Graffia of Bardstown; two sons, Matthew Graffia and Jonathan Graffia, both of New York; his mother, Frances Donofrio; one sister, Lorraine O’Sullivan; one brother, Anthony Graffia; two stepsisters, Linda Donofrio and Leslie Donofrio; and several nieces and nephews, Mark Graffia, Steven Graffia, Travis O’Sullivan, Liam O’Sullivan, Jillian Haufsk, Craig Haufsk, Sean Ambrose Jr., and Amanda Ambrose.

Cremation was chosen with no services. Memorial contributions may go to American Cancer Society.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
