Boston man arrested for failing to comply with sex offender registry

Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, 8 p.m. — A Boston man was arrested Monday for violations of the Kentucky sex offender registry following an investigation by Detective Jason Woodson of the Bardstown Police Department.
Police determined that Dustin D. Nelson, 29, had established a Facebook account which was not listed on his sexual offender registry record.
Nelson was taken into custody at 9:53 a.m. Monday and lodged in the Nelson County Jail on one count of failure to comply with the sex offender registry, and one count sex offender use of a social network.
