Two injured after being ejected from vehicle in early Friday crash
Friday, May 6, 2011, 1:44 p.m. — Two people were injured Friday morning after the car they were riding in left the Blue Grass Parkway at overturned multiple times.
Angela R. Gray, 34, and her passenger, Donald W. Foster, no age available, both of Winchester, were eastbound on the Blue Grass Parkway when Gray’s 2011 Nissan Versa left the parkway about the 10 mile marker and hit a guardrail. The vehicle overturned several times, and both occupants were ejected from the vehicle. Gray and Foster were taken to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Neither occupant was wearing a seat belt. The accident happened about 5:25 a.m. Deputy Reese Riley of the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office investigated the accident.
