Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015 — The Bardstown City Council met in a special meeting at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 1, 2015 to hold first reading of an amended ordinance to remove the restricted hours of operation placed on the 3rd Street Tap House outdoor seating area. After the special meeting closed, the council reconvened in a working session. Human Rights Commission member Mike Yadon asked the council to consider bringing back revisions to the human rights ordinance to add the proposed Fairness Ordinance language to extend protections to lesbians, gays, bisexual and transgender individuals.
