Obituary: DavVon Patric Dorsey, 24, Bardstown

DavVon Patric Dorsey, 24, of Bardstown, died Friday, Sept. 11, 2015 in Bardstown. He was born May 6, 1991, and was a 2009 graduate of Nelson County High School. He was an employee of Mitsuba in Bardstown.

He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Brenda Lee Marks Dorsey; his maternal grandfather, Donald Fenwick; and his paternal grandmother, Theresa Stratton.

He is survived by his parents, Ray and Beth Stratton of Bardstown; three brothers, Zachary Stratton, Levi Stratton and Chase Stratton, all of Bardstown; his maternal grandmother, Charlotte Fenwick of Bardstown; and his paternal grandparents, Bill Stratton and Bobbi Lee, both Bardstown.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce Nichols with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, 2015, at the funeral home.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
