Bardstown Fire responds for active alarm at Roby Country Gardens

Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015, 3:30 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded Saturday afternoon for an active fire alarm at Roby’s Country Gardens, 6201 Buchannan Ave. Firefighters responded at 3:13 p.m. for the alarm, which indicated an activation of th sprinkler system. Firefighters arrived determined that an employee struck a sprinkler head with a forklift and damaged it. Firefighters shut the system down so it could be repaired.
