Houghlin, 20, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (less than 2 grams methamphetamine); possession of controlled substances, first-degree (methamphetamine); possession of controlled substances, first-degree (heroin); possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alex Hunter Smith, 26, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; no registration plates; no registration receipt; permitting operation of a motor vehicle without proper registration; operating on a suspended or revoked operators license.

Jerico Paul Bentley, 25, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (less than 2 grams methamphetamine) and complicity to the same; possession of controlled substances, (methamphetamine); possession of controlled substances, first-degree (heroin); complicity to possession of marijuana.

Delmis P. Sanchez, 35, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; endangering the welfare of a minor; wanton endangerment, second-degree; no motorcycle/operators license.
