Obituary: Mary Glenda Walker Rice, 79, Lebanon Junction
Mary Glenda Walker Rice, 79, of Lebanon Junction, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2015, at Helmwood Healthcare in Elizabethtown. She was a member of the Lebanon Junction First Christian Church. She was a member of the Lebanon Junction Christmas Basket Committee. She was a 
dedicated election poll worker in Lebanon Junction and she enjoyed babysitting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Joseph Rice; her parents, Owen Cooper and Edythe Hatfield Walker; and one brother, Harold Walker.
She is survived by one daughter, Glenda Watkins (Steve); one brother, Richard Walker (Joan); one granddaughter, Abigail Claire Watkins; and many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.
The funeral is 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with Bro. Tim Dennis officiating. A private burial will take place in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
