One injured in rollover crash Sunday on Bluegrass Parkway

Monday, Sept. 28, 2015, 1:05 p.m. — One person was injured Sunday afternoon in a single vehicle rollover crash involving a Nissan passenger car near the 29 mile maker on the Bluegrass Parkway. Nelson County EMS, Nelson County Fire & Rescue and the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched for the injury crash with possible entrapment at about 3:05 p.m. EMS transported a 56-year-old man to Flaget Memorial Hospital with cut and bruises to his head and arms. Police were on the scene for about an hour.
