Obituary: Harry Eugene ‘Gene’ Pedigo Sr., 72, of Boston

Harry Eugene “Gene” Pedigo, Sr., 72, of Boston, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015, at Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was retired from the Ford Motor Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Preston and Artie Key Pedigo; one sister, Effie Davis; and one great-granddaughter, Harley Reece.

Survivors include three daughters, Veronica Smith, Dee Toy and Leandra Buechler; two sons, Harry Pedigo, Jr. and Chris Pedigo; one brother, Doug Pedigo; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Boston. Burial is in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015, and 9-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Boston is in charge of the arrangements.
