Obituary: Gary Dean Clyde, 72, Columbus, Ind.
Gary Dean Clyde, 72, of Columbus, Ind., died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015, at his home. He was retired from International Harvester and then worked for Dunlap and Co. He enjoyed camping, fishing and his Consumer Magazine. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Dorothy Meredith Clyde; his parents, Clarence and Mayme Enlow Clyde; one sister, Pauline Taylor; three brothers, Harold Gordon, Donald Gene and Bennie Lee Clyde.
He is survived by his stepdaughter, Nancy Lucas (Irvin); one sister, Eloise Bland; three brothers, Kenneth Clyde, Paul Clyde and David Clyde; two stepgrandchildren, Rosemary Albright and Ginger Hiatt; and five stepgreat-grandchildren, Macy and Madison Albright and Haley, Jack and Chloe Hiatt.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015, at Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with burial in the Lebanon Junction City Cemetery.
Visitation is 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
