Obituary: Mary Milburn Jewell, 80, Bloomfield
Mary Milburn Jewell, 80, of Bloomfield, died Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015, at Colonial Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bardstown. She was a native of Washington County and the daughter of the late Stevie William and Ethel Mae Lawson Milburn. She was a member of the Bloomfield Church 
of God, a farmer and homemaker. \
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Louetta Mae Patton; and one son, Robin Owen Jewell.
Her survivors include her husband, Hollie Owen Jewell of Bloomfield; one son William O. Jewell of Bloomfield; two sisters, Martha Humes of DeKalb, Ill., and Brenda Young of Bardstown; one brother, Namin Milburn of High Grove; and two grandsons, Robert Chesser and Josh Jewell.
The funeral was 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, at the Valley Cemetery Chapel, with the Rev. Darrell Jewell officiating. Burial was in the Valley Cemetery at Taylorsville.
The Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Taylorsville was in charge of the arrangements.
