One person suffers minor injuries when car runs off Woodlawn Rd.

Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, 11:30 p.m. — One person was injured Saturday night when the vehicle she was driving ran off KY 605, Woodlawn Road, in the “S” curves east of Parkway Drive. Nelson County EMS and police were dispatched at 9:49 p.m. for a possible injury accident. EMS transported a 24-year-old woman to Flaget Memorial Hospital with abdominal and lower back pain. Woodlawn Road was closed for a period of time and traffic routed onto Parkway Drive while the vehicle was recovered from the ravine.
