EMS, firefighters respond Saturday for report of injured football player

Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015, 5 p.m. –– Nelson County EMS and the Bardstown Fire Department responded Saturday afternoon for a football player who was struck and injured at Nelson County High School, 1070 Bloomfield Road. First-responders were dispatched at about 1:18 p.m. The player complained of upper back pain. He was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital for evaluation and treatment.
