Obituary: Jo Ann Cornett, 62, Bardstown
Jo Ann Cornett, 62, of Bardstown, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015, at her home. She was born June 10, 1953, in Elizabethtown to the late Joseph Glennon and Mary Beatrice Rowe Tucker. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, and mother.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Pat Tucker.
She is survived by her husband, Vanzell Cornett; one daughter, Vanessa (Brad) Conder of Frederickstown; three sons, Derek Cornett, Darrin Cornett, and Devin Cornett, all of Bardstown;
five sisters, Mary Jo Bartley, Linda Jo Linton, both of Bardstown, Betty Jo (Richard) VanDusen of Texas, Joetta (Tony) Catalano of Elizabethtown and Donna Jo (Salvador) Astudillo of Louisville;
three brothers, Mike Tucker (Teresa) of Bardstown, Tommy (Pam) Tucker of Bloomfield, and Joe (Deborah) Tucker of Lexington; and three grandchildren, Haley Hardin, Alera Cornett, and Madison Conder.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 20115, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Road in Bardstown. Mary Jo Kruer, a Hospice of Nelson County chaplain, will officiate. Burial is in the First Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, at the funeral home.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
