Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015 — The Bardstown City Council met Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015 and agreed to hire a consultant to study the city’s water treatment plant process; approved the firefighter’s classification and compensation plan; approved the Historic Review Board’s recommendations with the exception of one due to questions about the 3-2 split vote by the HRB; and approved changing vendor for printing and mailing the city utility bills.
