William D. Greenwell, 25, operating a motor vehicle with expired operators license; fleeing or evading police, second-degree (motor vehicle); no motorcycle operators license; reckless driving; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; improper passing; speeding, 26 mph or more over limit.

Samuel Connor Mays, 22, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Friday Nov. 13, 2015

Joseph Anthony Smith, 37, possession of controlled substances, first-degree (drug unspecified) and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same.

Bryan Allen Lee, 27, failure to appear.
