Obituary: Richard Albert ‘Billy’ Calhoun, 66, Lebanon
Richard Albert “Billy” Calhoun, 66, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015, at The Cedars of Lebanon Nursing Home. He was born on March 6, 1949, in Lebanon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Lee and Lorene Cowherd Calhoun; one daughter, Darlene Douglas; four sisters, Mary Jean Calhoun, Dorothy Biggers, Lucille Calhoun and Margaret Calhoun; one brother, Robert Calhoun.
Survivors include two daughters, Charlene (Lamont) McAtee and Takeisha Douglas, both of Lebanon; three sons, Bryon Douglas of Lebanon, and Richard Douglas and Deshawn Douglas, both of Campbellsville; three sisters, Betty Calhoun and Roberta Roston, both of Lebanon, and Sarah Rigeway of Lexington; five brothers, George “Ike” Calhoun, Charles “Boonie” Calhoun, Crawford Calhoun, and Johnny Calhoun, all of Lebanon, and the Rev. Tommy Calhoun of Louisville; and six grandchildren.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, at the Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon officiated by the Rev. Tommy Calhoun. Burial is in the Ryder Cemetery in Lebanon.
Visitation is 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
