Derek Michael Thomas, 26, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; driving on a DUI-suspended license; speeding, 25 mph over limit; license to be in possession; improper equipment; disregarding stop sign.
Bandon M. Breeden, 27, burglary, second-degree; theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting under $500; possession of drug paraphernalia.
Larry E. Williamson, 64, receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more.
Donnie H. Bentley, 40, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting under $500; reckless driving; license to be in possession.

Johnny Joe Ruelas, 39, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury.
Kimberly M. Mason, 39, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (less than 2 grams methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brittany M. Kimball, 27, complicity to trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (2 or more grams methamphetamine); complicity to endangering the welfare of a minor; complicity to possession of drug paraphernalia; complicity to possession of marijuana; complicity to prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
Tracy Lynn Humphrey, 43, possession of controlled substances, first-degree (methamphetamine).
Samuel Zachary Neal, 31, alcohol intoxication in a public place.
