Driver suffers minor injury in early morning rollover crash

emslogoWednesday, Dec. 9, 2015, 2 p.m. — One person was injured early Wednesday morning in a single-vehicle rollover crash that knocked down a street light pole at the intersection of West John Rowan and Chambers Boulevard. City police, Nelson County EMS and Bardstown Fire were dispatched at 12:57 a.m. after a Jeep Grand Cherokee ran off the road, struck a light pole and flipped over, landing on its roof. The 38-year-old male driver was transported by EMS to Flaget Memorial Hospital complaining of back pain.
